Owned and operated by a hometown Pittsburgh family, we offer warm, compassionate, personalized care. We treat our clients with the love and respect they deserve, as if they were our own family.
Through extraordinary care management and home organization, our company has made it possible for mature adults, stroke victims, Alzheimer patients, post-operative individuals, and many others to remain living safely in the comfort of their homes.

Our success is based on the eagerness of our owners to keep every elderly person in their own surroundings as long as possible while maintaining their quality of life and dignity. Guardian Angel Home Care Services, Inc. is a contracted provider in Allegheny County and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA) Waiver Program. After a comprehensive in-home assessment, a care plan is developed with family/client input. Our care is customized to the specific needs of our clients.

We are not a Franchise! Guardian Angel Home Care Services, Inc. is a privately owned, family operated organization that was established because of the passion that the owner, Stacey Perry, has for the elderly. Stacey saw the desire that older individuals have to remain living in the comfort of their own homes and age in place for as long as possible. Because there will be bumps in the road in the journey of life, there are times that an extra hand is needed to fulfill this desire. Stacey began by offering services to those in need of in-home care due to transitioning back home from the hospital or rehab facility. She personally helped many individuals in the community by assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, running errands, shopping and much more. Word of mouth referrals began pouring in and they evolved into who we are today.
Unlike most franchised agencies, we started because of a passion for the elderly, not out of passion to be a “business owner”. Guardian Angel Home Care Services, Inc. has only had one owner; the founder of the Agency. Since we began in 2001, we’ve seen many franchises be bought and sold, some several times. We believe this is simply due to the lack of passion those business owners had for the elderly. We are not here by accident. We understand exactly what it takes to assist our client’s properly and we will go the extra mile to make a difference in their lives.
We offer our clients top notch, superior, in-home care by compassionate and dependable individuals who have completed required training according to Company and State Polices. All of our employees are thoroughly screened; criminal background checks along with FBI finger printing are completed. All employees are cleared of communicable diseases. They are also fully insured and bonded. Guardian Angel Home Care Services, Inc. is able to customize care according to your needs. Unlike some of the franchised agencies, we do not use a cookie cutter approach when developing a care plan. We treat every case differently, we understand that no two people are alike.
